Mark Willock
Mark Willock is an associate of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) and member of The SMSF Association (formerly SPAA). He is an authorised representative of Sentry Advice Pty Limited. Mark is also a registered Justice of the Peace.
Mark was a founding member of LBW & Partners, beginning his professional career with us in 1987. Mark has gained over twenty years of experience working in both LBW's Taxation and Financial Services.
Mark is married, has two children and his interests include four-wheel driving, camping, gardening and keeping fit.
Rupa Dharmasiri
Rupa is a partner in the audit division at LBW & Partners. He is a registered company auditor, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public accountants.
Rupa has over twenty years of public accounting experience, including six years spent in Kingston, Jamaica and seven years in Nassau, the Bahamas, working with two internationally renowned accounting practices.
Rupa joined LBW in January 2002. During this period he has developed considerable expertise in financial service industries (including AFSL licensees), international banking industry, insurance, offshore investment companies, banks, and not for profit organisations.
LBW & Partners' audit division specialises in Not for Profit Organisations, covering Charities, Aged Care, Industry Associations and Peak Industry Bodies.
Rupa is married, has two children and his other interests include travel and cricket.
George Rochios
George is a Chartered Accountant and member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and has more than 30 years experience in tax, accounting, business services and superannuation. George is also a Certified Practicing Accountant and Registered Tax Agent.
Before joining LBW & Partners, George established and operated his own accountancy practice for 20 years.
At LBW & Partners, George provides extensive consulting services for small and medium-sized business, business structures, Self Managed Superannuation Funds, estate planning and personal tax matters. George believes in a holistic approach to business, taxation and wealth & estate planning.
George is married, has three children and enjoys spending time with his family, keeping active & fit and is a keen soccer (sorry ... football), tennis and cricket enthusiast.
Elias Bader
Elias is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) and a financial adviser focusing on superannuation. Elias is also a Justice of the Peace.
Elias has over 15 years' experience having joined LBW & Partners in 2006. He was admitted to partnership in 2021.
Elias provides extensive business accounting, taxation services and assists clients through additional consultancy services. He specialises in international tax matters, establishment of foreign business operations in Australia, superannuation including SMSFs as well as providing specialty services such as business valuations and advice on tax structures. He also has extensive experience assisting not-for-profit entities and holds positions on several charity boards.
Elias is married, has two children and enjoys home renovating. His other interests are rugby league and watching Formula1 racing.
